Villagers are not restocking their trades even when they can get to their workstations leaving you soft locked. I can't change villagers profession when I got them cured from being a zombie as they already have a bar to say they've been traded with when they haven't and same goes with a villager that just got into mature phase and is already traded with leaving me having them as a profession I don't want and animals are just vanishing from your farms or that you have tied up.
