On Minecraft bedrock realms, there is a chance of random chunks being unloaded from the world. Leaving and joining back does not fix the error and everyone on the realm sees the missing chunk. If a player logs out near the unloaded chunks they cant rejoin the realm. The only known short-term solution is to close the realm and reopen it.
