[MCPE-48436] Stone becoming nonstackable with other stone.

When a stack of stone is in my inventory it sometimes becomes nonstackable with other stacks of stone. I am also very sure I did not rename the stone.

Also experiencing this. Haven't figured out which action is causing the issue.

Looks like stone smelted from cobblestone will not stack with stone mine with a silk-touch pick.
