On my Minecraft Realm, I type a message on a sign and after hitting escape, I see the message slowly appear on the placed sign as if I'm typing it. But after it finishes typing out the whole message, the letters begin to delete as if I'm pressing backspace until only a few letters remain. For example, I tried "Do not trade these villagers" and the final sign showed "Do not" only.

On bedrock android 1.12.0 on LG Q6, I also have similar experience with signs. Except that after posting the text to the sign, it flashes showing the correct text and formatting for a second, and then all the text disappears. Definitely something buggy.
I found that if I type out the whole message then wait a bit before pressing escape, the message will register properly. If I immediately press escape or don't wait long enough only part of the message comes up.
Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete. If you feel this is still a valid issue then please comment, or create a new ticket following the Issue Guidelines which includes steps to reproduce the problem.

This also happens on my Realm as well. The text on the sign would slowly appear, then would completely disappear as if I didn't type anything. Occurs on my Xbox One and Windows 10 on Realms
