This is also on Android and other devices but I noticed it first on switch.
Wolves will start shaking and to glitching out in water after a little while.
Video and steps to reproduce below.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
Put a wolf in water.
Watch as the wolf begins to shutter.
It gets worse after about 20 seconds and it will tilt its head to the side.
