[MCPE-48592] Some edu/chemistry stuff exists in the vanilla resource/behavior packs

There is a resource/behavior pack especially for education, but some features are placed inside of the vanilla pack instead:

Also, these files should not be using the minecraft namespace, as that is reserved for vanilla content.

Also most of this stuff IS SUPPOSED TO BE IN VANILLA MINECRAFT, most of these features are accessible by enableing the education edition world toggle, also you can get the agent in Vanilla Minecraft by putting this command into an NPC and then activating it “/execute as @p run /agent turn left”

It is also in Vanilla, just enable the Education world toggle.
