Wood Planks do not drop unless broken with an axe.

When a player is trying to break a wooden plank, it will not drop, unless it is broken with an axe.

What I expected to happen was:
The wood plank would break as normal and all would be well.

What actually happened was:
The plank didn't drop. I broke another one with an axe, and it did.

1. Place a wooden plank.
2. Break it with your fist.
