Random lag spikes

Randomly Intense lag spikes or moderate lag spikes including on loading screens. Even on single player with default skin and texture pack. Lag between placing blocks and visuals as well as breaking. When in intense lag other bugs occur such as hit boxes disappearing (I died from suffocation by being put through a stone wall when the hit box vanished. All my items disappeared into thin air). blocks not placing. Seeing through the floor. Ect 

I tried resetting my switch, deleting all the save data, and restarting Minecraft.
