[MCPE-48919] Blocks that use click.ogg play at full volume

When interacting with a pressure plate, lever, button, tripwire, dropper, dispenser, or comparator, the sounds generated play at full volume within 15 blocks.

I'm not sure that I know what you mean, but it's shouldn't be intended because MCPE-14420 is confirmed.
