Im not entirely certain wether this is a bug related to the world or the realm, but either way its really annoying and it gets in the way a LOT. Long story short, (seemingly) random redstone components stop functioning entirely at (seemingly) random times for (seemingly) random time periods.
For example, I have two minecart rails (with automatic recall function, toggling the powered rail on and off on different sides continually and redstone lamps to show how close they are to each station) and a piston system near eachother. Sometimes all of the systems stop working. In the past, I thought the only way to fix this was replacing basically all redstone components involved (So everything, except redstone dust), though after some time I found out that sometimes, after random intervals, they start working again. Other times, only more things start to stop working, though.
I cant really provide tehcnical details. I dont know if this happens on the world in singleplayer, cause I cant be bothered to play on it for hours on end to figure it out. I also dont know if it affects other worlds, as this is my first Bedrock edition world in which I use redstone.
It used to happen once every few days, but lately its been happening all the time. Several times a day. Its really frustrating and it gets in the way of normally playing.

It is unclear to me what OP means by “stop working”—are clock circuits getting stuck on like TormentedWill describes? Or is the minecart despawning or stopping moving? Or are certain redstone components becoming unpowered? As it stands, this report does not contain enough information to reproduce a bug.
@TormentedWill I think your issue is probably MCPE-48054, and that may be the cause of OP's problems here too.
I have seen this with a Redstone clock after a period of time my loop that is on a short pulse getss powered all the way around
