Slimes not loading in slime chunks/No Illagers

On realm. Have identified slime chunks both personally as well as using a slime chunk finder app. As of about two weeks ago, no slimes spawn in these areas or swamp biomes. Around this time, Illagers seem to have stopped spawning as well. Have not seen a raiding party in some time. The realm is in use multiple hours a day by various players who all report the same.
