[MCPE-48978] [WAI] Green-robed nitwit villagers are missing their stone badge

The nitwit villagers (green-robed) are missing their stone badge when spawned. The nitwit villager is also one of the villager professions that exist. This can be confirmed by playing full release 1.12.0 or Java Edition.

The nitwits don't need this I think. And this might be a bug on the java edition because you can't trade with nitwits.

Resolved this as a 'Works As Inteded' probably due to MC-154280 considering the green nitwit villagers having a badge is a bug on Java.
