[MCPE-49267] skin keeps changing every time i open the app

I get in minecraft windows 10 and gets a steve skin, the next time i log in i get a alex skin.

Sometimes when my friend joins my world his minecraft glitches and some of the chunks dissapear and he has to make a platform when i can walk on it because i dont glitch out only he does

And that screen shot is our base and he cant walk in it because that chunk only on his end is gone
