[MCPE-49484] Enchantment book in generated structure has two enchantments that are not combinable.

I found an underwater ruin with an enchanted book. However, the book had two enchantments that were not possible together. It had protection 2 for armor and knock back 1 for sword on the same book.

But protection wouldn't effect a sword and neither would knockback effect my armor.

Exactly, so you can choose whether to use the book on a sword (giving it knockback and wasting the protection) or armor (giving it protection and wasting the knockback)
