Some stuff are just disappearing

I've been playing in this world for a while, and I never had any issue, but yesterday I noticed something weird. I saw the walking/sprinting particles in the sand, just like if something was running there, then some seeds appeared.
Today, my sweet berry bush disappeared, and berry was dropped on the ground, when I looked to the other side there was some seeds on the ground and water (there's a river in front of my house). It was weird, but the worst thing was when I went to the part where I have some mobs (sheeps, cows and pigs), and there was just the pigs. I had 3 cows, and more than 5 sheeps (multiple colors), but they're gone.
