[MCPE-49758] Minecraft Windows 10 shows the task bar pauses at certain intervals.

The windows 10 version is flashing the task bar up at certain intervals when playing the game. The mouse will also leave the game and click on an icon on the taskbar. The captured Video does not show the desktop.

Steps to Reproduce:

When pillaring up using right mouse and spacebar, causes the game to pause occasionally.

Are you using a dual-screen setup?
Are you playing in full-screen, or maximised window?

This happens when running the game in windowed and full screen. I am using a single display.

Ok - this does sound similar to the issue described at MCPE-19965, so we will resolve and link this ticket as a duplicate.
