When loading my minecraft world on Xbox One, it goes onto the loading screen and gets stuck. The green bar fills up all the way and then just continues to display different hints. However pervously today I was able to play it perfectly fine. Is there any way to fix this? I have uninstalled and re installed the game and still had no change, I have also re synced my data but that also hasn't changed anything. All my other worlds load except my main one (43.93 MB)

On Xbox or Switch the only way is to upload it to a Realm, and then download the world on Windows 10 or Android/iOS. You can then upload the world here in the attachments section.
If the world is larger than 10MB you can upload the world to OneDrive or a similar file sharing site, and then share the link.
If its any help ( as I can't upload my world) I saved it when I was in the nether, this seems to be an issue that allot of people have been happening. Most people have been having this issue after saving in the nether or the end. I hope this is of some help
I am also having this issue, I don’t have access to a realm so I can’t upoad it like you are talking about. I saved in the end and the bar loads but the world doesn’t. I have commented on many tickets that involve this issue, and I happened it will be fixed soon. At least this ticket has a moderator, most are still open and sitting there. Please review more of these and condense them.
We're hoping this issue will be resolved by the 1.12.1 update - could you confirm if that is the case please?
Otherwise, we will need a copy of the world in order to diagnose the problem.
If you have a copy of the world available, you might like to upload a copy of it for investigation.
On Windows 10 you can use the Export world feature.
On Android or iOS you need to use a file explorer to navigate to Device storage > games > com.mojang > minecraftWorlds
