Wither boss may still fly even when affected by wither armor after going down to 50% hp, it may also get stuck in the air (not stuck as in not moving at all but rather it's not coming close enough to the ground to hit it)

I've Been having this problem too, the wither Flys and doesn't come close enough to the player to hit it, it just continuously fires projectiles rather than using its ram attack to get closer, so you have to run in and then it Uses the ram attack every like 5 seconds, which makes it go further away so it is much harder to kill
