I have no idea how to figure out what version to choose (above), so I may have chosen incorrectly. Also, if I happen to find this issue affecting others players as well , I am not sure how to fix my game. Is there a fix it solution that I should download somewhere?
My game was fixed about 2 weeks ago and now it is no longer working. I open the Minecraft app. A white screen appears, then the Mojang logo and then I choose an option. I choose Play game, then I choose my world, and then the Generating World box appears. After about 3 messages, during the world bring generated, the game closes and I see the iPad screen that shows all of my current apps.
This issue seemed to occur after two moving icons, images, etc. appeared on either side of the Marketplace button. This type of thing seems to “crash” my game. I have noticed when there.seems to be changes to the game either I can no play the world I have chosen or the wolds are locked..

Just wanted to say thank you for trying to fix my Minecraft game. I guess after 3 years of creating towns and such it is time to move on to something since the game issue can’t seem to stay fixed. 😢 I enjoyed the creative part because creating would help with the depression. Thanks again for trying. I really appreciate it. 😊

Hi, I haven’t checked to see if my game problem was resolved until today. I had given up hope for the game to be fixed. I saw that the issue had been mark resolved so I tried to open the game. Unfortunately, the game opens, I choose my world and the game still closes itself or crashes.
Is it time to cut my losses, delete the Minecraft app and start from scratch? I would rather not do this but this issue has been occurring since February 2019. The game did work for about a week, after being fixed the first time, but the game crashed again.

If you want to save your worlds there is a way to export them before you delete the game if you do wanna try and do a hard delete refresh. I’m not sure how to do it on the Window 10 Mobile devices but as long as you can somehow access Minecrafts in-game files, (which I know a Windows 10 PC can do) you can export them and thusly salvage them.
I would highly recommend you join the Minecraft Discord server and ask #technical_bedrock for assistance with this. There are many who would know exactly how to do this to insure a safe app deletion. If you are on iOS I directly can assist you as well, my Discord is @Amphy#9133.
I exported my world and i couldn’t get it to reinstall. 😢 So, I began a new “game”.
I was trying to figure out how to import a furniture mod into my new world and now the furniture mod is locked. I am. It sure if it was something I did. I have no idea how to figure out the code and such.
Can you please unlock the mod for me? I did purchase it. Thank you.
