When I updated to 1.13.04, the next morning I found all my Minecraft worlds deleted and I dont know what else could've caused it apart from updating to the new beta version. I am stressing out because I had a good few worlds created and nothing I've done so far (I searched my problem on youtube) has changed or helped to regain my worlds back. I even tried going back to 1.12.0 and my worlds didn't come back 😞

Did you uninstall the game before updating to the beta? We always encourage players to back up their worlds before playing in a beta version of the game, because it is inherently unstable. (https://feedback.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/articles/360004438671-How-to-Join-and-leave-the-Minecraft-Beta)
Have you check the minecraftWorlds folder on your device?
On Windows 10, use Win+R, then paste this in: %LocalAppData%\Packages\Microsoft.MinecraftUWP_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\games\com.mojang\minecraftWorlds
