When ever I open Minecraft for Nintemdo Switch, it crashes. Before this, I've experienced multiple crashes when loading a world or saving one, but now, it just crashes. It says "Software was closed because an error occurred". Please fix this bug because I can't even play minecraft now. 😞

My son is also experiencing this issue. On selecting Minecraft and user, there's a long pause on a black screen. The Mojang splash screen appears, then the user login notification (Friends Online), then "the software was closed because an error occurred". This is now 100%, having previously been unstable.

I am having this same issue on Switch since the latest update. I can't log in to any world or create new worlds. Every time I do, it immediately crashes with the same message. I have even deleted all of my resource packs and non essential worlds to no avail. I also signed out of my Xbox live account, cleared all of my save data, then signed back in. It is still happening. It is ONLY happening on my profile, and not any of the other profiles on our console. I cannot play Minecraft unless I join in with my husband or children.
