Villager won't give me the item I wanted, even though I already have the item the villager wants...

I was trying to trade with a stone mason in my village and this stone mason offers me an emerald for 20 stone blocks. I went over to my storage in one of my survival houses, took out some cobblestone, and then smelted some in the furnaces. I came back to the stone mason with the stone blocks, and the stone mason won't give me the emerald, even though I already have the amount of stone that he needs! I moved the cursor over the stone blocks and it said "Trader does not want this"... I even tried to exit and reenter my world, but the trade still won't work! I'm not even sure if this affects other Bedrock versions of the game, but this is an unusual occurrence...

This is because of MCPE-48421.

Thank you for your report!

This problem was caused by a bug that corrupts the internal data of some items cooked in a furnace. That issue is being tracked at MCPE-48421, so I am closing this ticket as a duplicate. You might like to upvote and/or watch the linked ticket instead.

If you have a tool enchanted with Silk Touch, you can work around the problem by placing the stone blocks and mining them with it to correct the internal data.
