End Portal Clip Glitch

I beat the dragon. I go back to the end. I use the first new portal to go to outskirts. I find another portal flying around with a purple beacon light over it. When I use this new portal it spawns me back at the end spawn on main island. I can not see anything except mobs & torch heads(not the stick). All other blocks are invisible, air/sky is pitch black.(night potion does not fix) Stuck in a big box like area i can fly around in the area. Java had a similar bug where they are teleporting into the obsidian at spawn causing this issue. I am assuming Win 10 got the same error.

Edit : My stuff floats there in the actual area if I die and go back. Ender pearls float like this.

Edit #2 : I am spawning exactly ONE block above the obsidian if I go past the initial outskirt radius. I mined around the spawn obsidian and when I re tried the "glitch" I was spawned 1 above instead of on top of the platform like normal.

Maybe the infinite world spawn is bugging out the teleport to main island code??

Edit #4: Now the first portal to the outskirts is glitched. I was at my friends showing them it, I had to refill the blocks I mined to show them. When I redid the glitch, The obsidian was messed up this time instead, now in a partial filled in glitch room. I killed myself like before to fix it, went back to the end, & the obsidian had not fixed itself like it should. We laughed that off, I went to the 1st portal to go back to the outskirts, THIS TIME the 1st portal sent me to pic 1's kinda void again, but this time i was not at spawn, I was in the area where I teleported in the outskirts. Every time i kill myself & go to the end NOW, the obsidian is still broke & the 1st portal still sends me to the "glitch".

I went wayyyyyyyyy further this time with infinite spawn, I spawned 3 blocks higher above the obsidian this time as to the 1 before, resulting in the obsidian being the way I'm saying. Infinite world in the end is messing with the portals causing the spawn to main island spot to go 1 block higher every ( x , x ) coordinates further away.

Tried explaining best I could for you to understand. Trying to give you the most details as I can.  Sorry haha, just love the game & this is just a silly error it seems.
