Additional Ender Dragon spawns when end chunks reload after first player death, this does not happen if one player is in the end until the dragon is dead.

Dear Mojang and Microsoft,

I was playing survival mode on bedrock 1.12.1 or 1.12.0 Village and Pillage, and finally made it to the end. I did the regular stuff, you know, place a bed, get extra gear, etc. But, I was playing solo, and I died. When I jumped back in, fully geared, I saw no boss bar. What I did see, though, was 2 DRAGONS. After 5 more deaths, I went got charged by a dragon and lost my HUD bar. I had no idea what was happening. So after ** 13 deaths, I killed both dragons. But this happened again with my friend, that was when we figured it out. One of us had to stay alive while the other tried to get back. This is really annoying, but it could be a cool feature in 1.13.0 and 1.15.0. Like if you got a cool item, you could summon a second dragon. Please stop this bug.

Okay, this is not duplicate. This is probably happening because the code thinks that the ender dragon didn't spawn, or it was confused wether the death was of player or the ender dragon, so it spawned another.
