I tried to join my friend in Minecraft and it’s not working. She has the Nintendo switch version and I have the one that you can play on the iPhone. I joined her once, but got disconnected before we could actually play and now it won’t work. She doesn’t even show up in my online friends list when she’s tells me she’s on. She also says that I show up in her version and that it says I’m playing, but won’t show that she can join me. It just won’t work. I’ve tried restarting the game and restarting my phone but it doesn’t help.

All i can think of is if you two have the same versions, maybe the switch version updated while the iphone version didnt.
