Black underwater, switch

When I go right underwater, it's pitch black and nothing can be seen until floating back above the water.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. [Step 1] Go in water

2. [Step 2] Sink into the water or swim under

3. [Step 3] Float back above surface, you have witnessed the bus probably.

Observed Results

When I went underwater, all I saw was pitch black. Another glitch probably due to same but, the traveling merchant was invisible but there.

Expected Results:
[Describe what should happen] I couldn't see a single thing
