The my marketplace packs page shows that several packs are in the process of updating, but none of them have so far. It seems to be stuck on the first one (in my case, the 10 year anniversary map), which in turn seem to prevent all the others from doing so.
This has proven quite the annoyance for me and I would appreciate this issue being resolved in a near enough future.

I have this same issue. I have several add on packs that have been stuck in the "downloading" mode for weeks after reporting they need updating. I have tried uninstalling them, filtering the coins, clearing some clutter etc, but nothing seems to kickstart the packs into updating. The console version is up to date.
Any suggestions on how to kick start these downloads would be good.
