This was happening mainly with the Nightmare Before Christmas Mash-Up and textures by Minecraft. After downloading it to use it it would stay downloaded for a couple days then randomly delete itself and need to be redownloaded. Seems like it’s a period of 2-3 days is all it takes for it to go away. Most other texture packs and mash-ups stay downloaded just fine.
