Stuck on realm loading screen

I can edit all settings for my realm. Unfortunately I get stuck on the loading screen I have turned down my chunk loading, tried a backup and I have tried restarting the realm and downloading a backed up world onto it I have no idea what is causing the issue. I have also tried shutting down and turning back on my device. I also have a lot of storage left on my device so I have no idea
