Been Silenced On Servers

So for a while now I've been trying to figure out why I have been silenced on all servers as far as I can tell. My friends noticed it first. This was a while ago since then I've gone from talking to all different server admins and staff who say they haven't silenced me and I need to go to Microsoft for help, well I go to the Microsoft help and after several weeks (the delay was understandable but a little annoying) tell me they aren't involved with these matters and that should be managed by the servers I go back (I had only noticed it on LifeBoatServers at that point) to the server forum and tell them whats happened all over again, they say that I need to go to Xbox support then cause they can't do that (at this point I learned that it was every server available to me so I agreed with them) so I go to Xbox Support and they tell me this isn't their issue its the servers we go back and forth while getting this guy to understand its every server. So final he says go directly to Microsoft's Minecraft division who tell me they only manage the workplace or something stuff like this should be brought to here. And thats my journey. SO if this isn't the right place, FINE, please tell me where I am supposed to take it. IF IT IS tell me why have I been silenced because I never was notified of this punishment, which as far as I understand is within the mass server policy that those punished will be notified and allowed to testify against this. I've been told to appeal to every support division, wait for the punishment to expire its been almost maybe more than a year, make a new account not happening, and I have downloaded and redownloaded the game on my phone switch and PlayStation. Please Help Me.
