Recently defeated the ender dragon for the second time hoping to get an end city. I went to go save the game and make a copy just in case anything bad happened, but as i went to rejoin the world the 'generating world' progression bar stopped at 100% and would not allow me to play. Ive tried making copys of the world and joining those, ive also tried deleting the game and reinstalling but nothing seems to work

This exact thing happened to me and a few others, it seems that saving while in the end caused this issue.
Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket has not been updated recently (~1 year+) so is being closed as Cannot Reproduce. If you feel this is still a valid issue then please comment, or create a new ticket following the Issue Guidelines.

Same for me mate, had been in the end for a while looking for a city and when I did I backed out to make a copy in case something really bad happened. Low and behold, the generating world bar is stuck at 100%. I refuse to play minecraft until it’s fixed as I can’t be bothered grinding again.🙄😢
