[MCPE-51321] Vindicators legs are not in a sitting position in Windows 10

Vindicators are still in a standing position when riding a boat, minecart or a ravager (via /summon command SpawnEvent) in Windows 10 - PC, does not effect Android. Similar issues like MCPE-43778 and MCPE-51266.

I think you should cut off Windows 10 because It's also affecting all Bedrock Platforms
