World could not load after downloading my map

Is the map suppose to be in 1.13, or 1.11 and below?? If yes that might be your problem.

If you are not the owner of the Realm, please contact the Realm owner to update to 1.12

Currently realms are 1.12.1 while client version is 1.12.0, so we can't open a realm world after downloading it.

Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket has not been updated recently (~1 year+) so is being closed as Cannot Reproduce. If you feel this is still a valid issue then please comment, or create a new ticket following the Issue Guidelines.
