[MCPE-51578] Still getting multiple ended dragons spawning

I’m still getting the issue where there are multiple Enders dragon spawns in the end which is preventing me from returning home. I’ve updated to the recent update and have no clue what to do

im not sure, ive only tried it in my current world which was not newly created, but surely if the bug is "resolved" then it should include all worlds which run the newest version?
