Marketplace packs

All of my Marketplace packs got deleted And there is no way to get them back. Can you please fix this and get them back.

All of my Marketplace packs and worlds are no longer available for me to download — free or purchased and there is no way of accessing them on the Marketplace. Can you please fix this and help me receive both free and purchased packs, skins and worlds?

Same here, it seems this is happening a lot to other people.

I also have the same problem, it doesn’t allow me to press download. In fact there is no download button to press
