all things owned need to be purchased again

I have had the exact same problem, I got 1000 coins when buying the game, got a few free skin packs with it, bought a few more skin packs, now I have no skin packs and only 20 coins left.

It looks like everybody else is having the same problems...

Same here. I figured I'd blow my coins and just repurchase the pack but even that does not work. At least I don't seem to be losing my coins.
