[MCPE-51882] Purchased Marketplace Packs are inaccessible.

Logged into Minecraft and none of my purchased content is accessible. When searching for the content it displays as locked and can be purchased again. My packs display as empty.

Bedrock: We are deploying a fix for previously purchased Marketplace content that showed as not purchased. Players should see their content return in the next few hours. Please restart the game to get a fresh update to the Marketplace. - HZ
