This bug is also in java edition and i have experienced it in minecraft bedrock .

Are you still having this issue with 1.14.30 or later? If so, can you please provide some additional details, such as whether you made the pets sit before moving, how fast you moved, and whether they reappear if you go back to where they were. Also be aware that if you are moving in terrain where it is possible to fall and take damage this can happen, though there should be a message in chat if it does.
