Can't change custom skin and always "Thats not a minecraft skin, *****" (Custom skins bug)

When i am change skin 64x32 and 64x64, the error message "That not a minecraft skin, *****"

Step to reproduce:

  1. Change skin with custom skin

  2. Using picture 64x32 or 64x64

  3. Error message is occur.

Device information:

OPPO CPH1901, 4gb ram, Adreno (TM), 64gb Internal Storage.

There is a known issue with importing custom skins in this beta, but we intend to get them working again fully in the next beta for Windows 10 and mobile devices
