[MCPE-52110] When you open your inventory or a chest while moving, you slide like on ice

I have been playing on 1.13.0.13 and noticed that there is a weird sliding bug when you are moving and enter a chest or your inventory. [Here is a video|https://youtu.be/YsFyCoy-Qvs.] I spend most of my time in the nether, so I don't know if it happens in the overworld.
