[MCPE-52450] Cannot renew Minecraft Realms subscription despite trying multiple times

I am trying to renew my Minecraft Realms subscription and have been for 2 days now but it will not renew.

Also have this bug. Realm subscription is not connecting to MS store to continue payment process "this product is not available for purchase".

Looks like some idiot over at the Microsoft Store deleted the Realms subscription item from the shop database.
