I am unable to renew Realms subscription. The game says: "You have the maximum number of active realms and cannot create a new one right now."

Are you still having this issue? Also, the summary says you are unable to "renew", but the screenshots seem to show that you are trying to create a new realm, so which is correct?

I am unable to renew my son’s realm via PC. It worked at least once, then started getting the “Maximum Subscriptions Reached” error. Last month I renewed on the Nintendo Switch (a real pain in the neck), looks like I’ll be doing that again this month. If this actually got resolved, it got broken again.
I'm having same issue on Xbox one.
