Have noticed that this issue does not occur when I am the only person on the server?

I am unable to renew my son’s realm via PC. It worked at least once, then started getting the “Maximum Subscriptions Reached” error. Last month I renewed on the Nintendo Switch (a real pain in the neck), looks like I’ll be doing that again this month. If this actually got resolved, it got broken again.
