[MCPE-52698] Cannot Renew Extend/Renew Realms

Me and my friends recently bought Minecraft (Bedrock Edition) for Windows 10 so we can play some multiplayer and have fun in Realms, We both decided that one of us will use our 30-day trial and then Extend/Renew the realm by paying when that trial ends.
Even set up my payments and linked the Debit Card to my Microsoft account but when I went to buy the thing, I Couldn't.
What I expected to happen was...:
Wanted to extend/renew my month of realms.
What actually happened was...:
When my realm ran out I went to the Subscription tab to extend the realm by paying the amount but whenever I press on Extend it loads for a second but nothing happens it just says "Product Not Available for purchase"

I think you couldn't get my point.

My Transactions are not being declined or anything,

Because its not giving me the option to buy

I am getting same issue. Usually, after you click on renew, it will popup the Microsoft payment page, but for this case, it didn't. Instead, we got the "please try again later" error. Am having this issue since Sunday.
