I paid money for the resource pack chroma hills hd, but whenever I try to run it, it always crashes the app. I have seen that other people have had this problem but nothing has been done to fix it and chroma hills responded to my inquires saying it's not in their control. Would love to have it fixed or get a refund or something have been a loyal Minecraft player for 8+ years

Same here. Purchased long ago. Go weeks without playing, then attempt to use texture pack and still crashes. This has been going on since the summer.
