Unexpected closing of game improperly saves game to be inaccessible

Steps to Reproduce:

1.  Launch Windows 10 Minecraft 

2. Select "Create New" 

3. Select "New World"

4. Select "Create New World"

5. Select "Create"

6. Shut down PC 

7. Turn on PC 

8. Launch Windows 10 Minecraft before PC is done loading 

9. Access created world 

10. Have game crash

11. Launch Minecraft 

12. Access created world

Expected Result: 

Prompt 'A newer version of the game has saved this level. It cannot be loaded.   Unable to connect to world.' will show rather than the generation of the world.
