When launching the game while not using a WiFi or cellular data connection when a Microsoft Account is signed in on the device, the game will attempt to sign in with the account, which will freeze and crash the game. 'Use Cellular Data' option was disabled in the game's settings. The device used is an iPhone XR running iOS 13.0. This bug also occurs on the last iOS 12 version before iOS 13's release.
