other issues submitted surrounding this issue have been closed as not bugs or as invalid becuase chrome os isn't a supported platform.
all the other bug reports (which aren't bugs) and submitted feature requests and the high volume of complaints about not being able to install this on chrome os across the internet and the conspiracy theories about microsoft fighting dirty against chrome os (which i don't believe but which even the rumor of this is actually damaging to microsoft's image) should be enough to warrant actually promoting this to a new feature issue.
please enable minecraft android to install on chrome os.
