[MCPE-5283] Split Touch and Normal touch...

In both survival and creative, split touch has 1-3 blocks LESS of range... Whilst normal touch has around 5-7 blocks. Split touch has less block range than normal touch.

I firmly do not believe that it is intentional. Because it's just like MCPC and a lot of people prefer using it... Would be fair if they were even anyways...
