When you block a tipped arrow or shulker bullet with a shield, you still get the affect

I know this affects players with shields raised when the tipped arrows are fired from strays and dispensers; I don't know if tipped arrows fired from other players affect a shield-raising player but I would assume so.

Can confirm, it happens on EVERY device, not just IOS. It also affects EVERY type of arrow.

 

Can confirm. Shields currently useless against any kind of effect projectile.

Never used to and I think it blocks in java. Makes a shield for end Raiding pointless.
